Ø Introduction to the Education Informationization Development Research Center in Henan Province
To furtherly promote the development of educational informationization of Henan Province and improve the discipline construction level of educational informationization, the Education Department of Henan Province issued an official reply (No. 63 [2015] of Yujiao Science and Technology) in April 2015, which declared that the Education Informationization Development Research Center in Henan Province should be constracted in the charge of Henan University. In July 2015, Henan university issued the Notice on the establishment of the Education Informationization Development Research Center in Henan Province (XF [2015] No. 205), and appointed Wang Jide as the chief of this center. Subsequently, Cai Jiandong, Liang Linmei and Zhao Huichen were appointed as the deputy center directors by the joint chiefs of the party and politics of the school of education in Henan University.
With the help of Education Department of Henan Province and Henan University, the Education Informationization Development Research Center in Henan Province is to build as the thinking back of the education information planning of government departments, the designer of education information plans for schools of all types and at all levels, the guide of the digital resources construction in the educational informationization industry. It provides theoretical guidance and technical support in the long-term development of educational informationization in our province and actively promote the transformation to a powerful province of education and promote the construction of wisdom in Henan province.
Ⅰ Main research directions
Based on the analysis of the worldwide development situation of educational informationization, the current situation of educational informationization in China and its hot and difficult issues, the center carries out strategic and forward-looking policy research on the current situation and major practical problems of educational informationizationization in Henan province and provides decision-making consultation and policy suggestions for the management departments, educational informationization enterprises and schools in our province. The main research directions include the basic theoretical research of educational informationization, the international comparative research of educational informationization, the research on educational informationization to promote the reform of teaching methods, the research on teacher professional development under the educational informationization environment, and the research on the construction and application of digital resources.
Ⅱ The research features
Combining theoretical research with applied research, the center carried out policy research on the development of educational informationization in Henan Province; combining scientific research with technological development, the center carried out research on the technical support for the development of educational informationization in Henan Province; combining multidisciplinary parallel research with interdisciplinary research, the center carried out social service-oriented research on the development of educational informationization in Henan Province.
