Under the leadership of Liu Jiliang, Liu Zhijun, Wang Beisheng, Wang Jide and other scholars, this research team has been the first to carry out systematic research on life education in China since the end of last century and the beginning of this century. The team's academic roadmap starts from different dimensions such as survival philosophy, educational philosophy, comparative education and curriculum pedagogy, and gradually focuses on the study of life education in primary and secondary schools. At present, the center has launched the "four-way mode", which means to promote academic work from four aspects: scientific research, curriculum teaching, educational practice and social service. In terms of scientific research, the center organizes scholars to focus on solving a series of academic problems in life education, during which the academic papers, academic works, academic projects and academic awards it get are among the best in China. In terms of course teaching, the center offers life education courses for Henan University. In terms of educational practice, cooperate with relevant departments of the university to organize and carry out colorful life education practice activities. In terms of social services, the center offers public lectures on life education for the society, and conducts life education experiments in primary and secondary school life education practice areas and experimental schools, so as to promote the educational ecology of China's basic education and its great transformation in classroom ecology. The Center was introduced to the academic circle by the 6th issue of Education Research in 2015.
